Hightstown, New Jersey — (April 7, 2004) — NAI, a leading global commercial real estate services provider, is pleased to welcome Gail Lance-Huntoon to its Member Services & Support team. Gail brings to NAI a strong background in marketing and technology in the commercial real estate industry, which she will use to enhance the services provided to NAI Members around the globe.

Gail, who is based in Phoenix, AZ, has developed a keen sense of how technology and the Internet can be used to achieve solutions for industry professionals and corporate clients through her 12 years of experience at CB Richard Ellis. There, she led the team that developed and implemented both the first corporate Intranet, and the company’s corporate Web site.

In her role as Director of Member Services at NAI, Gail will work in tandem with NAI’s Leadership, Corporate Communications, Corporate Services, and Information Services and Technology to facilitate and provide comprehensive, seamless services to NAI Members, Strategic Alliances and clients worldwide. Her extensive background in technology, project implementation, metrics, training, documentation and Web content management will allow her to infuse processes for training, communication and marketing with new ideas for incorporating Web technology.
